2. Booking and Payment
  • A deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The amount may vary depending on the selected tour or package.
  • Full payment must be completed within the deadline specified at the time of booking.
  • Payments can be made through the authorized methods provided directly by Amaranta Travel Peru.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or an official communication channel.
  • Refunds, when applicable, will depend on the time of cancellation:
    • More than 15 days before the tour: Partial refund, minus administrative fees.
    • Less than 15 days before the tour: Refunds may not apply due to operational and logistic commitments.
  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows or unused services.
4. Changes and Modifications
  • Amaranta Travel Peru reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions, strikes, natural events, or other unforeseen circumstances that may affect safety or operations.
  • If a change occurs, we will provide an alternative of equal or greater value whenever possible.
5. Travel Requirements
  • Travelers are responsible for carrying valid identification, visas, permits, and any necessary documentation.
  • Participants must inform the agency of any health conditions or limitations that may affect their participation in the tour.
6. Safety and Responsibility
  • Amaranta Travel Peru prioritizes safety and follows established guidelines for all tours.
  • Travelers must follow instructions from guides at all times.
  • The company is not responsible for injuries, accidents, loss of personal items, or delays caused by external factors such as weather, strikes, or transportation issues.
7. Travel Insurance
  • We recommend purchasing personal travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, cancellations, and lost belongings.
  • Insurance is not included in standard tour prices unless explicitly stated.
8. Behavior and Respect
  • Travelers agree to respect local cultures, communities, natural areas, and fellow participants.
  • Amaranta Travel Peru reserves the right to exclude any participant whose behavior threatens the safety or well-being of the group, without refund.
9. Use of Images
  • The company may take photos or videos during tours for promotional purposes.
  • Travelers may request not to be included by informing the staff before or during the activity.
10. Liability Limitations
  • Amaranta Travel Peru acts as an intermediary between travelers and various service providers (transportation, accommodation, etc.).
  • We ensure high standards of quality but cannot be held responsible for acts or omissions by third-party providers.
11. Acceptance of Terms

By booking or participating in a tour with Amaranta Travel Peru, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
